Terms of Use

1. Parties

These terms form the agreement between the seller operating unirivo.live and its services, trading as Unirivo ("Unirivo", "we"), and the person using the service ("user", "you"). By using the service, you enter into an agreement with Unirivo.

2. Acceptance and authority

By continuing to use the site, you accept these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation; if you are using it as an individual, you confirm that you are of legal age (or, if you are under 18, that you are using it with parental/guardian consent).

3. Description of the service

Unirivo provides a career assessment, career and field matches, academic profile analysis, university recommendations and an optional expert consultation. Results are guidance only; they do not guarantee admission, employment or income, and they do not replace professional advice. Final decisions rest with the user.

4. Account and accuracy

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login details and for any activity that takes place under your account. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date; incorrect academic data will lead to incorrect matches.

5. Prohibited use

• Unlawful use.
• Fraud, spam or misleading content.
• Infringement of intellectual property.
• Interfering with security: malware, intrusion attempts, automated data scraping.
• Reverse engineering, resale/redistribution, or bypassing technical limits.

6. Licence and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights relating to the service — including the software, test content, algorithms, documentation and brand — belong to Unirivo. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the scope of the plan you have purchased. By entering content into the system, you grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Service level and disclaimer of warranty

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

8. Payment and subscription terms

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are subject to the buyer terms of our merchant of record, Paddle: Paddle Buyer Terms. Current prices are published on our pricing page. For refund terms, see our Refund Policy.

9. Merchant of record notice

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service enquiries and refunds.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access in the event of a material breach, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. Following termination, you will be given a reasonable period to export your data, after which the data will be deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

11. Limitation of liability

Unirivo's total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the date the claim arose. Indirect, incidental or special damages (including loss of profit, data or reputation) are excluded. Liabilities that cannot be limited by law — such as in cases of fraud, death or personal injury — remain unaffected.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Unirivo against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

13. Other provisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over any disputes. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; Unirivo may assign it in the event of a merger or acquisition. Performance of obligations is suspended in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Changes to these terms will be published on this page.
